How to select Configuration?
For example:
1. You click ” No Ram No Storage” from Color and “CPU Core i3 7100U” from Bundle, we will ship the mini pc with processor i3 7100U but no ram no storage included and No O/S to you.
2. You click ” 8GB Ram 128GB SSD” from Color and “CPU Core i5 7200U” from Bundle, we will ship the mini pc with processor i5 7200U 8GB Ram 128GB SSD and Windows preinstalled to you.
We install one ram stick by default if order 4/8GB ram bundle.
First, If you are not IT expert or unfamiliar with pc installation, please buy bundle with ram at least.
Second, This pc is also incompatible with some 1.35V ram model like Kingston HyperX series etc. Seller is irresponsible and makes no compensation for buyer’s own ram.
About customs, We are not responsible for buyer’s customs taxes, VAT, warehousing etc any cost. But we try our best to help buyer lower or avoid customs duties, usually write a value of USD $20-70 on package and describle item as “Mini PC“.
If you want to declare real value or have other needs, don’t hesitate to contact with us in time, we will do everything we can to help you.
Free Operating System: Default installed our activated OEM windows 10 pro license English for free, other languages can be selected among: Russian,Spanish,Portuguese,French,German,Arabic,Italian,Japanese,Turkish,Greek etc. Please inform us which language you want to install. Other systems we can install free are like Linux, Ubuntu etc if you need. Seller is not responsible for OEM system.
Accessories as Ram, SSD, HDD, we use famous brand: Samsung, Kingfast, Micron, Sandisk, Hynix, Crucial, Liteon, Phison, T0shiba, HGST, WD, Seagate etc. What brand we use depends on our test and our stock. Generally we install 1pcs Msata SSD and 1pcs ram stick. Leave the other ram slot and 2.5” SATA for buyer to extend.

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
