1. You click ” NO SSD ” from Color and ” NO RAM” from Bundle, we will ship the mini pc with NO RAM NO SSD and NO OS preinstalled to you.
2. You click ” 64GB SSD” from Color and ” 4GB RAM ” from Bundle, we will ship the mini pc with 4GB Ram 64GB SSD and Windows7 preinstalled to you.
Note: If you buy configuration Barebone system no ram no storage, please use DDR3L 1.35V low voltage SO-DIMM Ram. Do not support DDR3 1.5V Ram. If you are not familar to install the system for pc, pls purchase the pc with Memory and Harddisk, we will install the system freely before delivery. Thank you .

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
